1. Drinking water


for blogger friend who is not drinking is not good because it will happen abdominal fullness caused by water storage, you can actually reduce the problem by drinking more water. This will dilute the concentration of sodium in the body thereby increasing the amount of water coming out of digestive system. Drinking more water also ensures the effective functioning gall to issue a product that is no longer used by the body. and remember Do not change water consumption during a diet since many materials are difficult to digest and can cause stomach bulging with fat or bloated.
